I stayed here for my 40th birthday and had a wonderful stay. For a resort that is less than a year old, the standard of service is already very high. The wonderful staff were warm, attentive and welcoming. We stayed in the Bayu room which as spacious, had an amazingly comfortable bed and a fabulous bathroom. We enjoyed a massage but thought a buggy service to the spa would've been a nice touch although the resort is a walking one. The Spa was an uphill walk from the main resort so not want you want to do before or after a treatment. The food was a little bit disappointing. Buffet breakfast & dinner often had dishes that ran out and weren't replaced so choices became limited. My partner is vegetarian and the kitchen did go out of their way to accommodate him which was brilliant. The bar made fantastic cocktails so a huge thumbs up to them. Overall, we had a great time. Prices of resorts in Borneo is quite expensive compared to the rest of Asia and I'm not sure why this is. However, I am happy to recommend this resort over the others that I've seen.
